RETURNS POLICY

a.     Comfort and Fit Guarantee

If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Manmade Boxer Briefs (each a “Garment”), we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange the Garment. Just contact us with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the Garment or an exchange to get something more comfortable.

- Only applies to your first worn Garment [of each type], per customer.

- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in store orders).

 

If you choose to replace the Undergarment, we will ship the item to you free of charge (excludes certain countries outside of North America).

b.     Our Standard Return Policy

Returns are authorized for unworn Products with all tags and labels attached.

When a Product is authorized for return, you can return it by mail.

Submit a return or exchange request by contacting us by email support@manmadebrand.com.

Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

For any authorized exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped using a carrier of our choosing. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.

For any authorized return (i.e. refund request), you are responsible cover the return shipping for packages for a flat fee of $11.50 across Canada and the USA, and up to $40 from other countries, which will be drawn against your anticipated refund amount. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.

Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Manmade. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.

 

c.     Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please Contact Us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or attempting to return an item.

If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.

SHIPPING

We currently ship across Canada and the USA.

We are partnered with a leading logistics and fulfillment provider and currently offer expedited shipping for free for orders of $40 and over before taxes (orders are delivered in less than 5 business days from the time we ship your order).

In some rare occurrences, if it is foreseen to take slightly longer, we will notify of such delays in a timely manner.

Whenever possible, we will share tracking information distributed to us by our delivery partners.
