We can get a return or exchange started for your unworn product within 30 days of purchase.
Returns and exchanges can be completed in-store or online.

All returned items are manually inspected before approving an exchange or refund, so please read carefully.

All boxer briefs and socks must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

However, we offer a Comfort and Fit Guarantee exclusively for boxer briefs. This allows you to try your first pair (maximum 1 per customer).

Additional pairs of boxer briefs may be exchanged or refunded only if they are unopened.

All other products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their barcoded individual bag.

Exchanges are free of any charges.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment only.

Every return is carefully reviewed to ensure the highest standard of service. Once received, please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
