Return policy
a. Comfort and Fit Guarantee (Applies to Boxer Briefs Only)
If you're not satisfied for any reason with your first purchase of Manmade Boxer Briefs (Undergarment), we’ll make it right by issuing a refund or allowing you to exchange your first opened Undergarments. Just contact us or visit us in-store with your order number or receipt and confirm whether you'd like a refund for the boxer brief or an exchange to get something more comfortable.
- Only applies to your first worn Undergarment, per customer.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
If you choose to replace (i.e. exchange) the Undergarment, we will ship the item to you free of charge (excludes certain countries outside of North America). In these cases, no further refunds are permitted.

b. Our Standard Return Policy
Returns are authorized for most products with all tags and labels attached, as long as they meet our guidelines.
Items must be unwashed and in their original packaging. T-Shirts, Pants, Long Johns and Swim Shorts may be briefly tried on. Swim Shorts and Long Johns must be tried on over personal undergarments for hygiene purposes. None of these items may be worn for extended periods, worn outside, or washed. Socks must be unworn and not tried on under any circumstances.
All returns are manually inspected before approval.
When a product is authorized for return, you can return it by mail or in-store.
Submit a return or exchange request by contacting us by email support@manmadebrand.com or visiting us in-store.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Upon delivery, you accept sole responsibility for your orders.
For any authorized exchange, we’ll cover the return shipping for packages being shipped using a carrier of our choosing. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us. In these cases, following an exchange of an item or order, no further refunds or exchanges are permitted.
For any authorized return (i.e. refund request), we will cover the return shipping for packages within Canada and the USA. You'll get a prepaid label from our Support Team by email once you contact us.
Once your item(s) are received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Manmade. If you purchase our product from another retailer, please contact them directly for a return or exchange.
c. Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please contact us to confirm your return is authorized before sending anything back or attempting to return an item.
If we receive a worn garment or any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your used garment or unauthorized return be returned to you.
d. Father’s Day Returns and Comfort and Fit Guarantee Extension
For purchases made between May 1 and June 22, 2026, we are extending our free returns, exchanges, and Comfort and Fit Guarantee until July 31, 2026.
This extension covers:
- Your first worn undergarment under the Comfort and Fit Guarantee (applies to boxer briefs only) and is eligible until July 31, 2026.

All other eligible items returned in original packaging with all tags attached within this extended Father’s Day period.
All other terms remain the same as in our standard policy:
- The Comfort and Fit Guarantee applies to the first worn boxer brief only. Requests must be made within the extended Father’s Day period until July 31, 2026.
- Standard returns and exchanges require items to be unwashed, in original packaging with tags, and returned in line with our normal guidelines.
- Free returns and exchanges apply only for items that meet our original conditions.
Please note: This extension does not change any existing product-specific return conditions outlined in our policy. Worn or unauthorized returns remain ineligible.
