Shipping policy

We currently ship across Canada and the USA.

We are partnered with leading logistics and fulfillment providers and orders are shipped out within 24 hours, and delivered within 2-5 business days from the time we ship your order.

We currently offer expedited shipping for FREE for orders of $30 and over before taxes.

We charge the following shipping fees based on your order total (before taxes):

• $10 shipping for orders less than $20
• $4.50 shipping fee for orders between $20 and $30

Note that shipping fees are not refundable.

In some rare occurrences, if it is foreseen to take slightly longer, we will notify of such delays in a timely manner.

Whenever possible, we will share tracking information distributed to us by our delivery partners.

Notice

We want to ensure your order gets to you as smoothly as possible. Please note that deliveries may take longer than usual in certain rural and remote areas of Canada, including the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

Additionally, if your shipping address includes a P.O. box, your order may be delayed. Most carriers, except for Canada Post, cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. For faster delivery, we recommend using a street address whenever possible.
