WHY WE MADE THIS

Most long johns fall short. They itch, overheat, stretch out, or simply do not fit the way they should. That did not sit right with us. Comfort should never be complicated, so we created a base layer that feels soft, stays supportive, and performs all day.

A thoughtful blend of cotton, lyocell, wool, and elastane delivers softness, smoothness, airflow, and natural warmth all at once. The signature Mansack construction provides proper support, while the stronger waistband adds stability. Gusset at the crotch enhances comfort and movement. The result is a base layer that feels good, fits right, and stays dependable season after season.

MATERIALS

Lyocell comes from the same family of fibres as modal, which gives it that smooth and silky feel you already know from our boxer briefs. It is plant based, naturally breathable, and excellent at absorbing moisture, which keeps the fabric comfortable against your skin.

Lyocell also has a clean, gentle finish that feels soft, stays durable, and helps regulate temperature throughout the day.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Machine wash cold with like colours.
  • Tumble dry on a low setting.
  • Never use bleach or harsh softeners.
  • Avoid washing with heavy or zipped items (like jackets or jeans) that could snag or pull the fabric.

    Again Another Great Product..

    Great Fit...Not Bulky...Wore them outside and kept me warm.. Very Comfortable-I don't even feel that they are on. . What can I say.. But. ."Thanks Manmade.. Again Another Great Product".. I am definitely ordering another one..

    Almost perfect

    I was excited when I saw Manmade now made longjohns. I have pretty much everything they’ve ever made so far, so an instant buy for me as I wear longjohns all winter everyday for dog walk, trails, snow shovelling, etc. They fit perfectly and feel good, your man parts are held in place which means no chafing. It’s not quite like the underwear but very similar, and it has the same top fly. My only constructive criticism is that at this price point they are not quite warm enough except for mild cold weather.

Our long johns follow the same size chart as our boxers, pants, and swim shorts. If you already know your size in those styles, choose that same size here. The fit is meant to feel like a proper base layer that sits smoothly under pants. They should feel close to the leg but never tight or restrictive, and the waistband should rest at your waist. If you prefer a roomier feel or fall between sizes, sizing up is a great option.

Do the long johns come in different lengths, and will the inseam work for my height?
